1. View youtube video in High Quality:-
You have to check whether your searched video can be viewed with high quality, you have to write some codes after the url.

“&fmt=6” (mono320×240, Flash 7 video @ 900Kbps, audio @ 44.1KHz 96Kbps)

“&fmt=18” (stereo, 480 x 360 resolution, H.264 video @ 512Kbps; audio @ 44.1KHz 128Kbps Stereo).

“&fmt=22” (stereo, 1280 x 720 resolution, (720p), H.264 video @ 1024Kbps; audio @ 44.1KHz 232Kbps Stereo).

For example, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=myYEoG5kVT0&fmt=6

2. Embed youtube video in High Quality:-
If you want to embed a high quality video, then you have to use the following codes after the url and then embed it.

“&ap=%2526fmt%3D18″ or,

“&ap=%2526fmt%3D22″

For example, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=myYEoG5kVT0&ap=%2526fmt%3D22



3. View the vital part of the video:-
If the vital part or the required action starts after some time of the video, then you have to append the codes given to start the video at that point of time.

#t=MMmSSs where MM is minutes and SS is seconds.

For example, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=myYEoG5kVT0#t=01m45s



4. Embed the vital part of the video:-
To embed the vital part of the video, just type the following code after the url before embedding.

‘&start=20′ to skip first 20s of the video.

For example, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=myYEoG5kVT0&start=20



5. View In Full Screen Mode:-
If you want to view your video in full screen mode on your web browser, then just replace your video id.

By Default, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VIDEO ID

For example, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=myYEoG5kVT0

Note:- Video ID is the 11 digit alphanumeric code in the url. For example, “myYEoG5kVT0” is the video ID of the above youtube url.



6. Hide the Search Box:-

To hide the search box, just append ‘&showsearch=0′ after the url and then embed it.



7. Autoplay and Loop an embedded video
For autoplaying the video, you must embed the link after appending the url with ‘&autoplay=1’.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=myYEoG5kVT0&autoplay=1

And for looping your video, you must append ‘&loop=1’ which will loop the video after it ends.

8. Embed clickable link in your youtube video
Only non-profiting organizations or channels can put any clickable link in any youtube video. But if you want to do that, you must go through some trick.

Before embedding your video to your blog or web page, visit the site http://www.linkedtube.com/ or http://www.overlay.tv/. Then add the video link you want to embed. Add the clickable link and copy the code and embed it. Then the clickable link can be clicked from your video.

9. Download youtube video
If you want to download any youtube video, there are various ways to download it. Many websites downloads youtube video for you.

To Download HD video: visit www.keephd.com

To download normal video : visit www.keepvid.com

There you have to paste the youtube link you want to download. Then click on the download icon.

Otherwise, you can add the prefixes like “kick” or “kiss” to the youtube video you want to download. For example, www.kickyoutube.com or www.kissyoutube.com.

If you want to download only the MP3 from the youtube video, then go to the site, www.listentoyoutube.com.
